Meditation: You Are Eternal

Notice your breath.

Follow the in-breath as it turns and becomes the out-breath.
Follow the out-breath as it turns and becomes the in-breath.

There is no ending.
There is no beginning.

It is the same with you.

Your physical body is constantly changing.
There is no ending.
There is no beginning.
Your physical body is always becoming.
Even in death, your physical body becomes something else.

Your spiritual body is also constantly changing.
There is no ending.
There is no beginning.
You are always becoming.

You are eternal.
