Like storms, challenges come and go
You can choose to follow, track or worry about a storm
Or you can choose to go above it

This channeled meditation for the week, 12/6/15, is infused with healing energy to support all who practice. Meditate on this 5-15 minutes throughout the day. If your mind wonders, it’s perfectly normal. Realizing you’re thinking about something else and refocusing is the practice.
