Find a comfortable position

Say a prayer
Or feel yourself connected to God, Source, Consciousness, Spirit, Oneness

Bring awareness to your breath
Extend your awareness to include your rib cage and mid-back
Feel your rib cage and mid-back expand as you breathe in and relax as you breathe out

Become aware of your chest and heart space
Feel your chest and heart space expand as you breathe in and relax as you breathe out

Become aware of your neck and throat
Imagine expansion through your neck and throat as you breathe in
Feel your neck and throat relax as you breathe out

Notice how you feel
