Meditation: Connection to Nature

Find a comfortable position

Say a prayer
Or feel yourself connected to God, Source, Consciousness, Spirit, Oneness

Bring awareness to your breath
Bring awareness to your physical body
If you notice any pain or tension, try repositioning yourself

Notice a tree near you
If there aren’t any, bring up an image of one in your mind

Feel connected to it
Contemplate the elements contained in the tree
Water, earth, fire, air, moon, sun…

Contemplate the same elements contained in your own body
Notice how you feel

Say a prayer
