15-minute Heart Meditation
Find a comfortable position, lying face up

Notice how your chest, shoulders and heart space feel
Allow them to become more relaxed

Once you’re as relaxed as you can be
Notice if you feel a connection between your heart space and nature
You might feel or imagine a connection with celestial bodies, trees, plants or flowers

Stay with that connection
