15-minute Meditation
Find a comfortable position

Say a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness, Consciousness

Bring awareness to your breath
Notice your in-breath
Notice your out-breath

Notice any emotions or feelings
Notice where you’re feeling emotion in your body
As you exhale, allow these places to relax

Say a silent prayer, giving thanks
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness, Consciousness
