15-minute Meditation
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable position

Say a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness, Consciousness

Contemplate impermanence
Notice how you feel

To connect more deeply with impermanence,
You might notice stars, clouds or the moon shifting
Or notice light shifting during a sunrise or sunset

You are always becoming,
Growing and expanding
Allow yourself to imagine or feel this
Or ask for Guidance knowing, feeling and trusting this

Say a silent prayer, giving thanks
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness, Consciousness
