Meditation: Shoulders & Upper Back

15-minute Meditation
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable position

Say a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness, Consciousness

Bring awareness to your breath
Without trying to change your breath,
Notice your in-breath, notice your out-breath

Bring awareness to your body
Without trying to change anything,
Notice any tension or pain

Bring awareness to your chest, heart space, shoulders, upper back
Notice any tension, pain or emotion
Every time you exhale,
Allow yourself to relax your chest, heart space, shoulders, upper back

Say a silent prayer, giving thanks
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness, Consciousness
