Meditation: Physical or Emotional Pain

15-minute Meditation
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable position in direct or natural sun or moonlight

Say a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness

Take a moment to notice your breath
Notice physical sensations in your body
Notice any emotions

With eyes closed, feel or imagine sunlight, moonlight or natural light on you
Become aware of light on your forehead
Imagine or feel light on any areas of pain, tension or illness

Ask yourself, “How would I like to feel?”
See if you can imagine feeling the way you’d like to feel

When you’re finished, say a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness
