Meditation: Negative Thoughts

15-minute Meditation
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable position

You might begin with a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness

Notice your breath
Don’t try to change it, just notice it

Allow yourself to notice any physical tension
Allow yourself to notice any emotion associated with physical tension
Allow yourself to notice any thoughts associated with the emotion or physical tension
Notice any negative thoughts or limiting thoughts

If you notice negative or limiting thoughts or thoughts about being powerless or lacking, allow yourself to stay with the thoughts

You might ask your guides, Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness or Universe to help you heal and transform any negative or limiting thoughts
Or you might imagine these thoughts being healed and transformed

When you’re finished, you might say a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness
