Meditation: Emotional Processing

15-minute Meditation
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable position

You might begin with a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness

Notice your breath
Don’t try to change it, just notice it

Allow yourself to notice any emotion or feeling
Don’t try to change it, just notice it

Notice if you can feel it in a specific place in your body
You might place your hands where you feel emotion

If you’re experiencing a challenging emotion, you might pray for healing
Or imagine a white light around the place you feel emotion
You can also imagine a white light surrounding you

When you’re finished, you might say a silent prayer
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness

You can practice this whenever you’re feeling challenging emotions
