Tarot Guidance
XIV Temperance
Stay on the middle path.
Don’t try too hard or push too hard.
Be content.

15-minute Meditation
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable position

Say a prayer out loud or silently for guidance for your practice
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness

Bring awareness to your breath

Bring awareness to your body
Become aware of any joy you feel
Notice where you feel joy

Contemplate things that bring you joy
See yourself in a way that brings you joy
See yourself acting from a joyful place
See yourself acting from and connecting to the presence of Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness within you

Imagine the world, universe and others responding to your joyful connection and way of being

Say a prayer silently or out loud, giving thanks for your practice and blessings
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness

  1. SomethingI’m always thinking about.A friend quoted Helen Kellor “Cultivate joy”, then added, “live these words”. She meant to say ” love these words ” but I appreciated the first assignment.
