Bring awareness to your breath
Bring awareness to your heart and your heartbeat
Maintain awareness of your heart
Notice any restriction or tension around your heart
Notice any emotion
As you breathe, imagine creating more space in and around your heart
If you’d like to feel more relaxation or joy in your heart, ask for Guidance

Notice any changes or new awareness around your heart
Say a prayer silently or out loud, giving thanks for your practice and blessings
