VII The Chariot
Know that you’ve done the work that needs to be done.
Allow the universe to bring you what you desire.
Rest, knowing your prayers have been answered.
Blessings are coming to you.
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable seated or lying position
Say a prayer out loud or silently for guidance for your practice
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness
Bring awareness to your breath
Bring awareness to your heart and your heartbeat
As you breathe in, say to yourself,
“joy” and imagine “joy” coming into your heart
Imagine “joyful” things happening around you, to you and for you
As you breathe out, say to yourself,
“joy” and imagine “joy” radiating from your heart
Imagine creating more “joy” in the world
Repeat this using other words like “peace,” “harmony,” or anything else you’d like to experience.
Say a prayer silently or out loud, giving thanks for your practice and blessings
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness
