XVIII The Moon
Allow intuition to guide your actions.
Take care of yourself.
Be kind and gentle with yourself.
Allow yourself solitude.
Rest when you need rest.
Face your fears.
Notice all blessings.
Notice the moon.
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable seated or lying position
Say a prayer out loud or silently for guidance for your practice
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness
Notice your breath
Connect with or imagine nighttime energy
Connect with or imagine nighttime sky
You may also connect with or imagine darkness, celestial bodies or animals
Allow yourself to connect with or imagine any aspect of nighttime
Imagine the darkness presenting you with endless possibilities
Imagine all answers contained in the darkness, the unknown
Imagine everything you need exists and is available to you
Say a prayer silently or out loud, giving thanks for your practice and blessings
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness
