5 of Pentacles

Don’t despair.
Look up.
Look all around you.
Notice all blessings.
Pay attention to all gifts.
Look for Divine gifts and blessings.
Say prayers of gratitude for all gifts and blessings.
Cultivate your Divine connection from within.

15-minute Meditation
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable seated or lying position

Say a prayer out loud or silently for guidance for your practice
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness

Notice your breath
Extend your awareness to include your heart

Notice any emotion in your heart or heart space
Allow all emotion to be present
Feel all emotion in your heart as you maintain awareness of your breath

When it feels right, shift your focus to
Connect to the Divine through your heart
Feel hope within your heart
Imagine your heart opening up doorways into your future

If any limiting thoughts about “not having enough” come up,
Shift your awareness back to your heart’s Divine Connection, hope and the doorways opening up into your future

Say a prayer silently or out loud, giving thanks for your practice and blessings
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness
