X The Wheel of Fortune, Reversed
Focus on inward change to produce outward change.
Allow yourself to really see who you are.
Prepare for change by knowing yourself.
Don’t be afraid to know yourself.
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Find a comfortable seated or lying position
Say a prayer out loud or silently for guidance for your practice
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, God, Source, Creation, Oneness
Bring yourself into presence
Notice sounds, sights, smells
Notice physical sensations
Notice your breath
Notice your in-breath
Notice your out-breath
Extend your awareness to include your heart and heartbeat
Allow your heart to be open
Extend your awareness to include your hands
Feel the connection between your heart and hands
Imagine yourself creating Truth
Extend your awareness to include your neck and throat
Feel the connection between your heart and neck
Imagine yourself speaking and expressing Truth
Extend your awareness to include your eyes
Feel the connection between your heart and eyes
Imagine yourself seeing Truth
Extend your awareness to include your feet
Feel the connection between your heart and feet
Imagine yourself moving and acting from Truth
Say a prayer silently or out loud, giving thanks for your practice
Or feel yourself connected to Spirit, Source, God, Creation, Oneness
Meditation and Guidance are channeled weekly. These meditations include self-healing and self-actualization tools for you to use during the week whether you’re meditating or not. Practice once or twice daily for the most benefit. If your mind wonders, it’s perfectly normal. Realizing you’re thinking about something else and refocusing is the practice. Use this as an exercise to train your mind to be present. Once the timer goes off, you’re finished. It doesn’t matter how much time you were able to focus your mind on the practice.
Check back on Sundays or subscribe to this blog for the current channeling. Go to www.SarahElkins.com, to read poetry inspired by these meditations.
