Don’t hold onto anything too tightly.
Receive and give equally.
There is enough.
There is abundance.
Live from an abundant place.
Keep your hands and heart open.
Set a timer for 15 minutes
Use pure essential oils, burn sage or find a comfortable seated or lying position near a plant, tree or flower
Say a silent prayer for guidance for your practice
Or feel yourself aligned with your spiritual guidance
Bring awareness to all sounds- listening deeply
Bring awareness to all smells- smelling deeply
Bring awareness to your physical body- noticing any tension
Bring awareness to the present moment- noticing everything deeply
Bring awareness to your breath
Gently breathe into any areas of physical tension or restriction
Allow yourself to feel expansion as you breathe
Use your breath to connect to the physical world and spirit world
Allow yourself to explore your “interconnectedness” through your breath
