Keep your options open
Draw upon your spiritual base for guidance
You’ll feel much calmer if you remember and cultivate your spiritual base

15-Minute Daily Meditation & Self-Healing Practice
Notice your breath
Don’t try to change it
Just notice it

Notice the space above, below, in front, behind and all around you
Bring your awareness behind you

Feel yourself being supported from behind
Feel your guides’ or angels’ presence
Hear them say, “We are always with you”
Feel their presence coming through your heart
To express the Will of Heaven, Divine Will, Divine Purpose through you

Breathing in, you can say to yourself,
“I know I am not alone”
Breathing out, you can say to yourself,
“I am protected”
